Proud Pocket Shipping Policy

Shipping

Shipping usually takes around 5-7 business days, depending on where you are in the United States. We ship all orders via UPS or USPS for PO Box addresses from Salt Lake City, UT.

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped the following business day pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. A Proud Pocket representative will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. Express 2 day shipping is available at an additional charge but please keep in mind that the 2 day time frame DOES NOT start the day the order is placed; the package will be sent 2nd day air on the following business day so please plan accordingly. Also keep in mind that most mail carriers do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday so please bear this in mind if you need to receive your package within a certain time frame. We do e-mail you your shipping number as soon as your order ships out, if you do not receive a shipping notification please e-mail us at support@proudpocket.com for the status of your order.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from ProudPocket.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to ProudPocket.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
